What are these terms?
These are interim terms for the CyberCore public website and early-access evaluation process. They are intentionally plain-language, not a complete negotiated SaaS agreement, and not legal advice. If CyberDental Corp and your practice or organization sign a separate agreement, that signed agreement controls your use of the product.
Who is CyberCore?
CyberCore is operated by CyberDental Corp. The product is being developed as a dental-native IT monitoring and remediation platform for practices and dental organizations.
How may you use the website?
You may use the website to learn about CyberCore, read public content, contact us, and request early-access conversations. You may not interfere with the website, scrape it in a way that degrades service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.
How does early access work?
Early access is limited, discretionary, and may involve product areas that are changing quickly. Features, availability, pricing, support scope, integrations, and security controls can change before general availability. Do not rely on the early-access product for production use unless a signed agreement expressly allows it and defines the operating responsibilities.
What do you need to provide accurately?
If you request an evaluation, you should provide accurate contact information and avoid sending patient charts, clinical images, payment card numbers, or other sensitive records through public website forms or unscheduled email threads. If sensitive data handling is needed, it should be covered by a signed agreement first.
Who owns the content and product?
CyberCore, the website, product designs, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by CyberDental Corp or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy the product, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use the brand in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
Are there warranties?
The public website and early-access materials are provided as-is. We try to keep them accurate, but they may contain omissions, dated information, or product descriptions that change. Any warranty, service-level, support, indemnity, or compliance commitment must appear in a signed customer agreement to be binding.
What about compliance obligations?
Your practice remains responsible for its own legal, regulatory, security, and HIPAA compliance program. CyberCore can support IT operations and visibility, but this website does not make a legal conclusion about your compliance status and does not replace professional advice.
Can access be changed or stopped?
Yes. We may update the website, change early-access availability, remove content, or suspend an evaluation if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or product operations.
How do you contact us?
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@cybercore.one. As CyberCore moves toward broader availability, these interim terms should be replaced or supplemented by more formal customer terms.
